Live Draws
Every one of our Live Draws can be watched on our Facebook, YouTube orTwitch pages. We use a random number generator to determine the winner. If a competition doesn’t sell out and the random number generator selects an unsold ticket number, we’ll generate a new number until we have a winner. We prove our streams are live by being interactive and reading out comments, we love chatting with you all during the draw.

Instant Wins
Instant Win competitions have a pre-determined list of prizes linked to specific ticket numbers. If your ticket number matches any on the list, you instantly win that prize. End draws are either a Live Draw or Auto Draw; this will be shown on the competition page.

Auto Draws
Auto Draws are drawn automatically using The Think Zap random draw algorithm. The Auto Draw takes place as soon as a prize sells out, or on the guaranteed draw date/time shown on the prize page — whichever comes first. All prizes have a guaranteed draw date and winner, regardless of whether the competition sells out.

All comps are brought forward into the next upcoming live draw, which happen on Tuesdays & Fridays at 7:30pm – we can’t have you legends waiting now can we!

If you managed to bag yourself an instant win, you will receive a winner’s email with a form attached. Fill out the form to confirm whether you would like the prize, cash or credit alternative, we will take it from there.

If you got a cash, credit or ticket instant win, these will be automatically added to your RaffledUp account.

We will never extend a competition if all the do not sell out, it just means your chance at a win is greater!
