Entrant: Any person who enters the giveaway through the website or by post has a chance to win the prize.

Winner: the Entrant chosen by random on or after the closing date, who will receive the prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Promoters: RaffledUp .com, Company No. 12066448. RaffledUp.com are the sole promoters. The prize draws are not sponsored, run or endorsed by any other party including Apple or Facebook. Registered address is 3, Harrier Way, Diss, Norfolk, IP22 4UL.

Closing Date: the closing date for each competition will be one month after the competition is set. However, if the maximum number of entries is reached before the closing date, the competition will be closed and the winner drawn. Should ticket sales not reach capacity, the competition will be extended up to 4 times, and then a winner will be drawn.

Maximum number of entries: The maximum number of entries will be stated on the ‘Enter Now’ page of each competition.


By entering the competition on the website, entrants are deemed to have read and excepted these Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Once entered into the competition, the entrants must submit all contact details as requested by the Promoters. These will include a valid e-mail address, will be used for the following purposes:

(a) To notify the winner that they have won

(b) To post the winners name and place of residence on the website

(c) To comply with the Privacy Policy

(d) To post the draw number for everyone who has entered on our Facebook page.

Only the winners name and nothing else will appear on Facebook. This is to show everyone’s numbers for the live draw.

All entrants are solely and completely responsible for providing the promoters will accurate and current contact details.

The promoters will be in no way liable for any failure or inabililty to contact any entrant due to errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the contact details provided by the entrant.

The competition will be open to all persons aged 18 or over, excluding the promoter, their family, agents, employees, professional advisors or conductor administration of the competition in any way, shape or form.

Competitions are governed by English Law and any matters relating to the competitions will be resolved under English Law and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction. It is the entrants responsibility to comply with the laws of their home country.

In the event that you participate in a competition online via the website, and by accepting these terms and conditions, you confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country of residence. The promoter will not be held responsible for any entrant entering any of our competitions unlawfully. If in any doubt, you must immediately leave the website and check with the relevant authorities in your country.

By entering into the competition, all entrants acknowledge that their payment per entry does not guarantee in any way that they will win a prize.

The promoters do not in any way guarantee the value of the prize.

The promoter does not imply or give any warranty or accept any valuation to the prize. The entrant must make their decision through their own enquiries and legal advice before entering the competition.

As a condition of entering the competition, entrants must ensure that, by doing so, they do not contravene any laws of their country of residence. The promoter will not be liable, in any way, if an entrant enters the competition unlawfully.

The entrant and the promoter recognise that the competition, its administration and all associated activities are governed by English Law, and the promoters and entrants recognise that the County or High Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute arising out of the competition or its administration.

By entering the competition, entrants warrant that all information which they submit is accurate, true, current and complete. The promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant (at their own discretion) if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has acted in breach of the terms and conditions.

The maximum number of entries that can be made by any one person is limited to 5 per competition, unless otherwise stated.

All entries will become the property of the promoters on receipt and will not be returned.

The promoters reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and for any reason.

To include any entry into the competition, an entrant will be asked to provide their contact details (including postal and e-mail addresses and a mobile number) and card payment details (for entry fee only). Once the entry has been submitted, the entrant’s card payment will be electronically approved.

For those who would like to enter the competition for free, you must send an unenclosed postcard via First Class post stating which competition you are entering, the answer to the question specific to that particular competition along with your personal details as follows:

Entrants must have an active account on our website at the time the free entries are processed, all the details on postcards must match those on the account to which they are to be added.

All entries must be sent to 3, Harrier Way, Diss, Norfolk, IP22 4UL.

Any entries received that we are unable to read will be excluded from the competition.

The promoters will not be liable for any loss suffered by an entrant as a result of incomplete entries or failed computer communications or for any loss as a result of use of the website.

Should it come to our attention that one person has entered under multiple names, then the entries will be voided. This applies to all entries.


When the maximum number of entries are received or the closing date reached, the competition will close.

The promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into following the closure of the competition. No refunds will be made unless they are received after the closing date.

Should the winner of the competition not be reached within 21 days, be either telephone, email or letter, then the promoters will be entitled to award the prize to the entrant selected by drawing another random entry.

This will be the ‘Alternate Winner’, who will have 7 days from notification of their status to accept the prize.

The winner of each competition agrees to allow the promoters to display his or her name on the website in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Their name, age and town of residence will be posted on the website for the purpose of announcing the winner within 24 hours of the competition closing.

The promoters reserve the right to cancel the competition at any time either before or after tickets have been sold. If the competition is cancelled, the promoters will return the entry fee to each entrant (either by bank card refund or by cheque). Where the entry fee has been refunded, the promoters will have no further liability to the entrant or to any other person.

The promoters will make no representation as to the value, structural or cosmetic condition of the prize. Therefore the entrant will make their own enquiries and legal advice about the prize before entering the competition.

The promoters will not be liable for any loss suffered to or sustained by any person or property as a result of any act or omission of the promoters. The promoters accept no liability for errors or omissions contained within the prize details, description or specification of any other part of the website. It is the responsibility of each entrant (in particular, the winner) to satisfy him or herself as to the accuracy of any such details or any content of the website.

The promoters will not accept responsibility for entries which they do not receive due to computer system failure, other malfunctions, high internet traffic, hardware, software or server failure or any other reason.

The competition rules will not be construed as a contract, joint venture or other agreement between the entrant and the promoters.

An entry will be declared void should the promoters believe that the entrant is acting in any way fraudulently (actual or apparent), any fraudulent misrepresentation, fraudulent concealment, hacking or interfering with the functioning of the website.



The winning entrant will be selected at random using a number generated live on Facebook. Full details will be confirmed once the draw has been made.

The winner will be notified that they have won immediately after the live draw and the prize will be posted within seven days of the draw.

The winner agrees to a picture of themselves with a winners banner, to be used for the website. This will be published on the previous winners page of the website and on social media pages.


The agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the RaffledUp affiliate program. In this agreement, the term ‘Affiliate’ refers to the applicant. By applying to the RaffledUp affiliate program, you are confirming that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions. The Affiliate will not gain any commission from free entries.

For a sale to generate a commission to the affiliate, the customer must complete the order form and make a full payment for the prize draw entry. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks on the correctly structed affiliate links. Properly coded links are the responsibility of the affiliate. Commissions can be viewed on the Affiliate’s dashboard.

Commission payments can be paid when the balance reaches £25.00 and can be requested every 30 days. Payments will be paid via PayPal.


The affiliate must not imply that they are acting on behalf of RaffledUp and will not advertise RaffledUp products directly.

The affiliate will not represent themselves, RaffledUp or their relationship with RaffledUp in a false or misleading way.


Either party has the right to termination the agreement immediately without prior notice.

Should the affiliate terminate the agreement, no further commissions from RaffledUp will be paid for any past or future customer transactions.

Should RaffledUp terminate the agreement, any balance greater than £25.00 will be paid within 60 days. Any amount under £25.00 will be forfeited.

The agreement shall be governed, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.


RaffledUp may modify any of the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures and the affiliate rules.  

All affiliates should hold a copy of these Terms and Conditions.
